Our Story

JUSTINCASE was founded by David Alexander who grew up locally in Kendall, Florida, deeply rooted in the community and its values. With over a decade of experience working in more than a dozen restaurants—including fine dining, French cuisine, Italian cuisine, and more—the owner has learned firsthand that customers are the cornerstone of any successful business. From early on, he understood that the way you treat people defines your success, and ensuring customer happiness is the most important thing.

 

As an Eagle Scout, the owner has always believed in giving back to the community and putting others first. Since the age of six, he’s been dedicated to making a difference, whether through service projects, mentoring others, or simply lending a helping hand. This background has instilled a deep commitment to integrity and transparency in every endeavor.

 

Through years in hospitality, the owner developed invaluable customer service traits: patience, adaptability, teamwork, and attention to detail. These skills, combined with a passion for excellence, inspired the creation of JUSTINCASE. The mission is simple: build a system where customers know exactly what they’re paying for—no hidden fees, no gimmicks, just honest service.

We’ve built a customer-first system based on trust, empathy, and clarity—where the focus is always on delivering an exceptional experience. David is our Operations Manager who oversees the day-to-day activities of our services, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. With years of experience in the industry, John is dedicated to upholding our high service standards and ensuring client satisfaction.

Alex is our Customer Relations Specialist who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and support. He is always ready to assist clients with any inquiries or concerns, ensuring a seamless and positive experience with JUSTINCASE.

Rick is our Lead Technician with expertise in various home services, including pool cleaning, lawn maintenance, and pressure washing. He ensures that every service is carried out with precision and attention to detail, guaranteeing the highest quality results for our clients.
